So I'd listened to the first two albums when the second came out a couple years ago and I liked them but never really saw the mass hype. Upon this new one coming out I decided to go back and listen to all three and holy shit, they clicked so hard for me. Instantly bought all three and am looking into buying tickets for the summer tour. Can't think of the last time I've had such a hard and sudden turnaround on an artist but this is really, really good shit

 

My vinyl copy is getting delivered today from Urban Outfitters. Stoked to give this album a spin on the turntable. This might be my favorite album of the year.

 

Still waiting for customer services to acknowledge my email about my copy of the vinyl being scuffed and dinged up. Sighhhh

 

I just love the “very very very very very very very much” bright eyes reference in Robot

 

Some albums sound incredible on vinyl but IMO this one just sounds fine.

 

I have this weird sputtering on the low end. You have this isssue?

 

I can't do vinyl. It's always sounded like poop to me.

Do you think their albums benefit from the acoustic tracks or do you think it slows the pacing? I tend to prefer more ambience than acoustic ie How To Draw to fill the gaps and be the connective tissue.
