Can this album come out today? I could really use it

 

There was a time in my life when I thought this album would come out on June 1. Here we are less than 3 weeks away from its release on Nov 30 and I don’t think I’m ready...

EDIT: I’m ready.

 

I was ready before the countdown to give yourself a try even began

 

Still haven’t heard the latest single and I’m very proud of myself

 

this summer I really didn’t think I was going to live long enough to hear this album

Had a dream this was coming out at 10pm the night before a new Third Eye Blind album was dropping and I was overwhelmed bc I had wanted to go to bed by 10 and didn’t want to wake up to two new albums I was excited for so I ultimately said fuck it and smoked a ton of weed in anticipation of the 1975 but a ton of distractions came up and by the time I was ready to listen to the album this thread already had like thirty pages of first impressions lol

 

I hope this doesn't leak, because the thread will become a nightmare

 

AFAIK they're been really protective of it atm.

 

this is beside the point but every time I see the acronym AFAIK I think it's referring to All We Know is Falling if I don't look close enough

 

I understand this was a dream, but does Third Eye Blind have something in the works?

ive had narcissist on repeat non stop. the bass line in the hook is absolutely unbelievable. im betting george came up with it. has his signature bounce to it in the groove. like the kind of bassline it sounds like a drummer wrote

 

Narcassist could have easily been a 1975 song, such a catchy hook.

 

Wish it were their song

 

Is anyone planning on going to the Kingston show on the 29th? I'm attempting to get tickets tomorrow at Banquet but looks like I'll be going to the show alone (I need some pals).
