Actually, I am not. and I worked in Customer service for Clarks Shoes for 4 years. Trust me, I'm not even close to being one of "those customers".

I received a very nice email back from the company saying that the app is having issues and all stores were told so...so the asshole at the register was just being an asshole. he was rude because I asked a question. Not ok. I would have been fired on the spot for acting like I didn't give a fuck. I go there once a week and I've never once had an issue with a Chipotle. So this was off putting and out of the normal for this store.

They also said they would be contacting the manager of that store to make sure all employees are aware of any app issues. So long story short, they said they would contact that store manager and asked me for my address so they could send me a few free meal coupons.

Case closed. Problem solved. Happy Julie.
