it seems like even in cali hes ok because taylor knew she was on speaker phone with other people in the room speaking to her at times. if she wasnt on speaker and he was in a different state the laws become murkier bc its hard to know what law takes precedence

 

You're right. I forgot she knew about it. I don't understand what suing Kanye would accomplish? I understand celebs like Kesha going through with what's his name. I know it can't be about money so would he have to give up royalties for the song? It's so messy.
