Currents still sounds fresh

 

There is definitely still a Lonerism hive, but currents is probably the most beloved generally. Both are incredible

 

I love both, but I prefer Currents

 

Both albums are awesome! Honestly, all of their music is awesome.

I’m excited to see them in Philly next month! I skipped their show at Tower theater in 2015 because I wanted more Currents songs, but then they never came back lol. I’m hoping for a Currents heavy setlist with some Lonerism and the new songs

 

I'm in a (probably unpopular) camp that only likes Currents and newer. Can't get into the older stuff.

 

I’m in this camp too. The older ones sound nice but are a little too classic rock worship for me.

 

I like Currents more, but I also love Lonerism. Don't listen to InnerSpeaker much, really. I wish we had a new album to include in the debate :(

 

Oh dang. I'm actually surprised by this. I thought Lonerism was the favorite. It's mine for sure.

 

all 3 are classic if you ask me. yes that includes Innerspeaker.

 

It feels like we only go backwards, music to walk home by, why won't they talk to me are classics. at least add them to a playlist with Currents

 

Currents was my first exposure to Tame Impala so it holds a special place in my heart. I do enjoy the earlier stuff for what it is but it mostly feels like lofi beatles/early psych worship (not that its a bad thing).

Mines “Yes, I’m changing” as well but I also adore “Let it happen”

 

Think my favorite might be Eventually, with Apocalypse Dreams taking second.
