I'm sorry I missed the TW voting because I'm not sure how the hell "You Can't Look Back" won.

 

Because its a fantastic song. You'd be even more shocked to know that Death Wolf and Tidal Wave both got knocked out with ease

 

Death Wolf held its own for half the day tbh

 

I think it dominated Tidal Wave for sure, but didn't it go up against Fences later and got crushed?

It's not a BAD song, it's just nowhere near my favorite song on the album. Mostly because it feels twice as long as it actually is (and it's already a bit too long).

 

It killed Tidal Wave, and then was neck and neck with fences for most the day until Fences pulled ahead by I think 4 at the end

 

I think the right two songs came in at the end. I voted for YCLB but wouldnt have been mad if CCR won.

 

Yeah I realize that my love for the title track isn't popular. I remember when the album dropped Death Wolf was super hyped by everyone here, I was surprised it lost to Fences. You are right though, I was happy that CCR and YCLB made it and would have been good either way.

 

I like the title track but there are so many better songs on the album. I honestly think part of the reason i dislike Death Wolf is because of the title of the song lol
