Yeah Eddie started a thread and has been posting some comments. Snide remarks about the band's current state and that "Fred is going to try to save them".

Crime In Stereo is pretty normal outside of 10+ year wait for their amazing recent album.

bayside is from long island, right?

  7. I wanted to say Glassjaw at first but I’m not sure normal would be apt lmao. Not shading them, they’ve just been an elusive band for so long

I think so? And they’ve had the same lineup since 2005ish

Went through eddie’s comments and every one he has to insert “im the only original member and i wrote the songs”. Def very bitter.

someone on the tour speculation thread said coheed and tbs are coheadlining (with coheed closing) and foxing opening

If you got blacklisted from the very band that you started after trying to get sober, you would be too dude lol

Ed is a LOT of drama and a lot of bitterness. He may be putting on a conciliatory tone now or acting like he's above the petty drama, but I've seen his freakouts first hand. I remember when Fate's Got a Driver played a show with The Color Fred and only about 15 people showed up, he threw a really ugly tantrum that forever sullied my opinion of him. I also don't believe he's really sober but that's beside the point

Right?! Like, I'm sure he wrote some songs, but I really don't think he wrote all of their songs.

Eh, I don't care if people believe in ghosts and spirits. Those are very common beliefs among the religious

Eddie is on record saying that the band paid for his first attempt at rehab, and there was definitely a lot of back and forth in terms of him being on and off tour with them before they finally parted ways. Despite that, he likes to point a lot of fingers, and say things about them leaving him behind and abandoning him, etc.

I think he still hasn’t fully accepted his own role in whatever happened behind the scenes there, and spending his time posting things on their subreddit kiiiiiinda proves that point in my opinion

I’ll have to dig out my photo op with Adam, Eddie, and Mark from a meet and greet in 2005 where Mark actually has his face resting in the palm of his hand while looking away from the camera. Couldn’t have been more hospitable to his fans trekking to Long Island to see them open for Weezer.

No clue where Fred and Matt were for that specific event since they did perform with the rest of the guys later that night, but Eddie was the only one on that specific day putting in any real effort to make it feel like it was worth the time driving out to some random spot in Long Island way before the show started and waiting in line specifically just to meet them.

I later met Fred in 2007 the day Bend to Break was released and he couldn’t have been nicer. Also, seemed terrified from the lack of people at the show since this was only months after leaving TBS and being on the Projekt Revolution tour. He had an “I made a huge mistake” look on him throughout the night based on the crowd size.
