Btw, Royal Oak was crazy last night. Fights were breaking out pretty frequently. Michiganders are unhinged.

 

Taking Back Sunday has the literal worst fans. it’s not just Michigan. i’ve had drinks poured on me pushing through the crowd in Cleveland as well, and I’m just convinced that as fanbases age past their 20s they start to get grumpy when people have fun around them at jam packed shows. Regardless, i was right there where the two girls were kicked out when the band had to stop their set briefly, and they both absolutely deserved it with how they had acted overall.

 

I’ve somehow never seen these guys before, but I’m seeing them at a beer festival tomorrow night so that should be interesting

 

At the TBS show I went to a white woman grabbed my waist by my crotch and my side to pry past me to get to her husband. I asked her to stop touching me and told her she could’ve just asked me to move and I would. Then 3 drunk dudes made fun of me for being “a bitch” and kept saying don’t touch this guy or he’ll lose it, you shouldn’t be at this show if you don’t wanna be touched, how’re you gonna survive a mosh pit, etc. Took the joy away for awhile of seeing TBS.

Yeah, that tracks. I had to protect my friend last night because she was tiny. I felt like a mom or a big sister to her during the last half of the set.
"Flicker, Fade" is a great song by is crowdsurfing so intense during it?? Bad shit always happens during that song it seems. I only say that because a woman fell while crowdsurfing during that song last night.
