Going to be traveling to Bend for that show. Flogging Molly is the night before so going to make a weekend trip of it. Outdoor show in the middle of October is risky, but I’ve never seen JEW and it’s been a few years since I’ve seen TBS.

It looks like it should be the box cover for CorelDRAW 9.

I had completely forgotten about the handful of bonus tracks released on the limited edition of their self-titled. Mourning Sickness is great and maybe better than the original?

Anyhow, I'm going through all of their b-sides I have in my collection and apparently I have a bunch that I didn't even know about. Didn't know they covered Bullet With Butterfly Wings or You Wreck Me.

Very nostalgic feels with that one!

I think I saw in one of his youtube videos that this is a song he wrote right before he joined TBS, and he ended up putting that guitar riff in Little Devotional.

Umm... Tidal Wave is almost half a decade old.

    What?

Do or do not, there is no try.

That seems totally bizarre to me. :-|

When you say it like that it sounds old. But 5 years isn’t that much really.

  18. Exactly haha. “Almost half a decade” means it’s actually 4 years right? Which totally feels about right.

It will be five years since release in less than two weeks.

I know the pandemic has screwed everything up but they’ve never gone more than three years between releases until now

I remember the wait between Louder Now and New Again taking forever. And that was only three years.

That wait felt insane! I remember googling like once a week “taking back Sunday new guitarist” looking for any news or rumors of who would replace Fred.
