I'm surprised at how good their cover of Bullet with Butterfly Wings sounds. Adam's voice sounds better on there than it has since LN.

 

Yea that song is far and away the best cover on that comp, Adam killed it.

 

I don't know. The Maine did a killer job with Transatlanticism.

 

That cover is real good. Sometimes I wish Adam would scream more. The dude can shriek with the best of them.

 

Jeeze, I just got back from a John Nolan show and he's still the real deal, blown away. This show was better than recent TBS shows and I still like them live too. Anyway, it's amazing he's able to still do solo music, and be so damn great live, while doing TBS

 

These last two albums are so damn good. I remember thinking shortly after TW came out that it was the best post-reunion album, but Happiness Is shreds too.

Beat up Car, Like You Do, Better Homes and Gardens, All the Way, Flicker Fade, all of them fantastic

 

Like You Do was the only song off the last two I hadn't been a fan of and yesterday it just clicked for me all of a sudden. Love both albums so much

 

I've noticed a few publications reporting today about the "premiere" of their new song All Ready to Go...........but hasn't this song been out for almost a month now?

 

yeah. even after a month tho I'm still not really feeling it

I’ve grown to like Happiness Is more each time I listen to it

 

I like the new song.

Still....WYWTB is my favorite TBS album, but Tidal Wave is their best work yet and Happiness Is followed by Tidal Wave is a wonderful run for these guys. Pretty excited to see what’s next.

 

we are probably going to be waiting awhile after this long 20 year tour. haha.
