i enjoy the song, one of my favorites off a very mid/bad album.

 

This is actually the knitting factory (?) in Brooklyn. October 2002. Somebody just uploaded the full set in one video actually?

 

During the ending of this one, Adam sounds exactly like me trying to imitate him in my car while driving to school at 6 in the morning

giving the S/T a run through now. lottttttaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa stinkers on here, but Faith, Mom, Savior, and Call me in the Morning are still very enjoyable to me.

 

I can do a very good young Adam impersonation. It's all in the way you pronounce things and strain your voice.
Also, the Rolling Stone acoustic is my fave live version.

 

Dead on. Always better when you had someone in the passenger seat covering John's parts

 

Somehow that splitting of the parts was always unspoken, too.

 

The best song in Self Titled is It Doesn't Feel A Thing Like Falling. All the other ones are whatever.

I've seen a lot of people hate on El Paso but that's what sold me on the album when they first released that track

Those are rather high scores and some of those surely are swapped

 

89X (rest in peace, brother) used to play that song all the fucking time when I listened to them as a teenager, specifically from 2017-2020. I didn't know it was them at the time though, until I actually listened to the album and went, "Oh yeah, this is the them? Crazy."

 

I’m glad they’re playing 6 songs from 152 but I really wish they’d throw in The Stranger

 

Same, even though I don't care much for the vocal effects Adam does at the end in the live versions. My brain just NEEDS the "Love with my baby" part.

No, unfortunately. I've just watched the very few live recordings of it on YouTube.

 

Oh. I don’t know if I would judge whether or not I’m a fan of something based on phone recorded live videos of a song they’ve played all of 4 times, I guess.

 

Fair enough. I really do hope they play the other 152 songs this tour though, specifically "The Stranger", so I can hear it live and I can judge for myself on the ending bit.
