    Not newbie, I think Supporter

Ever seen them live? They pretty much play all old stuff and that's what everyone their knows. Personally, I hate Tidal Wave and was never into 152 even though people rave about it. MOST people going to their shows are going for the old hits. Many bands from our scene fit into this category to me, it's not a diss.

I think TBS is a nostalgia act against their will. They know (at least pre-152) fans prefer their old music to their new music, and if they play their old stuff, they'll come to the show (and maybe, just maybe, their new stuff will grow on them). But that's probably the case with a ton of bands from that scene.

I saw them pre break up during the TAYF tour in high school. It was a truly transcendent concert experience. I think the floor was going to cave in the place was elite level energy.

    Are You Watching Closely?

I've seen them over a dozen times... and to me, a band playing 45% (9/20 songs) material that's 10 years or newer when they're 22 years deep into a career isn't a "nostalgia act"... I love NFG but Id consider them a nostalgia act (80%+ of their live show is from the first half of their career)... TBS doesn't (currentlt) fit into that category

Yep this tour is a lot of the last two albums. It was the same way last time I saw them with ETID in 2017. Sure they have done a ton of anniversary tours, but they also play a lot of newer stuff on non anniversary tours.

Their last 3 albums are arguably their best 3 albums.

Still feel like 152 is so good/much better their other albums don’t even belong in the same discussion. Wish they’d tour it front to back.

I would be saying the same thing if there was more guitar presence, less pitch correction and slightly longer song lengths.

Wrecked 'em? Damn near killed 'em!

It’s the best front to back, no skips listening experience I've had with this band since WYWTB, hence why I wish this tour was those 2 albums but they alternate between tracks on each album. A guy can dream I guess.

Same. I know people seem to really dislike Tidal Wave but i love it, its very cohesive. And Happiness Is felt like a proper return to form after S/T ended up being kind of a dud.

    152 is perfect.

Been returning to it now that it’s summer, and it still rules.

As much as I've been kinda shitting on it here, I still love it. 152 and Louder Now are tied for my #1 favorite TBS album.

I don't think I like Tidal Wave quite as much as some of y'all, but I'd put Fences and Death Wolf in a top 10 post reunion songs list. Those are so good

edit: totally forgot Call Come Running. That's up there too
