As far as pure album sales go, Gaslight was 18th and TBS was 36th

Haha yeah sales don't count for much in the overall numbers unfortunately. But it made me feel better too haha

 

I tried to find both this and Gaslight in the wild the Sunday after release day and couldn’t.

 

Yeah ngl the lack of being able to find a place to buy a physical copy the day of release made it way less likely I bought one. I did buy digital but yeah.

 

This record has grown on me a lot

 

It might be their best

 

Also grew on me a lot! I quite like The Stranger. Adds a little of the darkness they’ve flirted with since the self-titled.

Ahh I gotcha. Yeah that song goes pretty hard, its a bummer they went all in on that song when S/T came out and fans just were not about it. That being said, no matter how hard they try, they’ll never put out a song as aggressive as Spin.

 

Really obsessed with New Music Friday

 

Yeah it’s my favorite on the album hands down

 

Keep Going, New Music Friday, and Juice 2 Me are fucking jams. Still really high on this album, listened to it a bunch this week.

 

Pretty sure this is getting rare perfect album distinction for me

 

Same. Lightbringer, NMF, Juice and Stranger is an elite run of songs.

 

This album and Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts are truly monopolizing my music listening lately.

 

Post on reddit complaining that the signed cd was just a signed booklet (came with a sealed cd so it's a bonus booklet)

legit any time I got a signed CD that’s how it came lol

 

One time I bought a Metric cd at Newbury Comics and they had signed the actual cd (total surprise lol) but yeah otherwise an extra booklet is pretty standard
