just shake the controllers when you are near the jump out points and it automatically goes in the right direciton

 

If I remember right yes, he will say he has no more hints for now when you’ve collected all currently available moons. Do not know if he will have more hints later when more moons open up though.

 

I used the scooter to do the jump rope game because the jump on it is consistent every time haha

Also, why do I suck at the dark side boss fights?

 

If you aren't already, make sure ya go to another kingdom and buy extra health

 

sometimes I cheat by using my Peach amiibo mid-battle

 

There’s a free extra 3 lives in dark side that you can continuously get.

 

When I first got there, I saw a Polygon tip that said to go buy one from another kingdom. Now I'm thinking of all the time I wasted, ugh

If your back is to the electrical ball thing that takes you the tower, its like the 2nd rock that you can spin your hat on to the left. You can beat each boss and run back and continue to have full hearts and your progress won’t be lost. Just don’t warp.

 

Well this should make things easier haha.

Just did it with 6 hearts and finished with 3. That first guy hits me for 2 every dang time on the third wave.

Two complaints about odyssey so far, now that I’ve been playing for 3 days and am 120 moons in...

1) no paraglider. After spending a full week of my life playing Zelda and paragliding everywhere, there are so many times a paraglider would come in handy for Mario.

2) fucking motion controls. Nintendo needs to give players the option instead of forcing them on people. The biggest pain has been the circular hat toss. There needs to be a stop trying to make motion controls happen Regina George meme.

 

Oh so that’s what I’ve been missing.

I finished Dark Side with 3 hearts but it took almost an hour.

 

Luncheon kingdom is the worst

 

Bowsers kingdom is so cool. I might be my second favorite behind NDC
