Snipperclips and Overcooked are great coop games to uh, bond over and test patience with.

 

Do small jumps. Worked for me.

I’ve heard other people do 1 full jump to skip a rope twice.

 

Just got my 300th Power Moon. Going back through and just finished Cappy Kingdom.

 

How many power moons can you purchase? It’s saying I can buy them in packs of 10. The more I buy, does it take away from ones I could potentially find? Or is there a set # of power moons you can buy and those have no effect on the in-game power moons? Just checking because I don’t want to keep buying them if I can actually find them.

 

I believe there’s no set number that you can buy, but you max out at 999 moons. So theoretically you can buy 999 moons but you’ll still be able to find all of the in-game ones, they just won’t add to your moon count.

 

Okay cool. That makes sense.

 

At around 580 moons now and I feel like the game is winding down. But then I remember that I only have 22 moons in Metro, 10 in Seaside, around 15 in Mushroom and I havent even set foot in the last two. This game is crazy

 

Finaly managed to beat the broodals on the dark side, man that was way more challenging than I expected.

 

Debating on buying this or the new AC...

Around 400 moons. There are 1-2 power moons I just couldn’t find from Cap Kingdom to Lake so far but I got everything else.

Are the taxi-titled moons New Donk City related?

 

I'm at 631 moons and I still haven't completed all the moons in any single kingdom yet. I've finished all the Moons marked on the maps though so now I'm just exploring all the nooks and crannies/throwing my hat at stuff. Still missing a couple captures too, apparently. I'll have Cloud Kingdom done if I can get that 2nd Picture Match right.

Darker Side is kicking my butt. I can get to it every time but I keep failing at the Glydon part.

 

Is there really any reason that the broodals shouldn’t have been the bowser kids instead ?

 

I have two kingdoms (plus Lost Kingdom) fully completes but still only like ~640 moons, still trucking along.

Finally beat Darker Side though, trying to get through that was the most frustrating kind of fun

 

Gotta save something for the sequel?

It also gives them full control over the personalities of the new characters instead of getting tethered to people's expectations of how the koopalings should behave

Game is incredible.

 

There's actually a cultural gap to this one. It's based off an old and extremely popular Japanese folktale of the rabbit in the moon. There's a huge rabbit/moon connection in Japan.

So when you want wedding planners for a wedding on the moon... it's weird if you don't have rabbits. The rabbit on the moon theme gets even bigger post game. I like that they also sort of fly around like UFOs in their hats.
