Really into this band at the moment. Loved them forever, but right now they're all I'm listening to as well as all of the recent Deryck podcasts, etc. His book was fantastic.

Funnily enough, I never really gave 13 Voices and Order In Decline a lot of time, same with SBM.

Revisiting everything now and it's all good stuff. SBM still sits at the bottom for me, but it's not without its good songs.

Seeing them 2 more times in a few weeks, can't fucking wait.

my amazon review for it went live the other week :) A thrilling read about a rockstars rise and fall and rise again!

I know stevo said he prefers this over Underclass Hero, but honestly I enjoy both a lot for their own reasons.

  5. I'd say the chorus hits more on Underclass Hero as it contains a pre-chorus that builds to it. I've never been a fan of how Subject To Change directly goes from the verse to the chorus, even if the latter is such an earworm on both songs.

i dig the bridge on subject to change, but my overall song preference would probably go to UH just by a tiny margin. The release of that album holds some good memories, so that certainly plays a part.

i like subject to change musically over UH because it doesn't sound like sum 41 trying to do sum 41 haha

but yah made sense to reuse that banger of a chorus!
