Probably the best released so far but I really hope the best song on the album hasn't been released yet. I haven't been super into any of the three, though I do like them. I was really happy when they started finally coming back this year (and they absolutely killed their Warped set) but I feel like Green Day has stolen all of my hype away from this album

 

i definitely like the song. id probably put it second behind fake my own death, but in front of war. and while i dont mind the new green day album, the new sum 41 songs have been much better for me. im just happy i get new music from 2 of my favorite bands at the same time (plus yellowcard this week).

 

Out of the three released so far, I'd say probably War.

The video was really well done just like Fake and War. Probably my least favorite out of the three, but that's not a bad thing.

 

I am really liking God Save Us All, as well as the other two singles they’ve released. So glad to see them back. I think this album is going to turn out pretty well!

 

Really wish they would do "Fake My Own Death," but if I had to guess I'd say "War."

Thought they were for sure going to do war since the described it as the official first single.

 

That's awesome, I guessed War too because it was the single and more radio friendly. I'm glad they played this though.

Nice. Back Where I Belong and Twisted are nice choices! I almost had No Reason on mine but if I had a pick, I'd have to hear I'm Not the One because they never play it.

i just think twisted by design is one of the best songs they have ever done. also, i loved hearing the live version of with me on this tour. sounded really good.

I just read the interview posted on the site where his Noisey "Rank Your Records" feature is mentioned. I never saw it but it seems like it's been taken down. What was his ranking? All I've been able to read about it is that apparently he just shit all over their discography?

 

I don't remember the full ranking but Screaming Bloody Murder was #1. Pretty sure chuck and all killer were a the bottom

 

I don't remember the exact list, but I know that he had SBM first. Going off memory, I think the rest of the list was DTLI, Chuck, AKNF, UH, and HHOP. I wouldn't say that he sit all over their discography, but he was definitely very critical about it. Basically, for every album except SBM and maybe DTLI he said something along the lines of, "The songs sounded so much better in my head and didn't come out the way I wanted."

 

That is correct! I remember the interviewer being shocked that Chuck was #3 and not #1. The thing he said about Chuck and DTLI were that the demos they had were awesome and he didn't feel the production on the actual album isn't what he wanted, as well as what was said above about them sounding better in his head.

I can't argue about the top three at all though, even though I'd order it different.
