I don't really put much weight into reviews that I read because if I want to see something I'm gonna see it regardless.

Either way I likely won't see this until it hits Blu-Ray, really despise movie theaters and people who don't know how to act in them.

 

Yeah usually I dislike comic book movies that are too serious, and I doubt this will be Green Lantern level too jokey

Exception to the rule: The Dark Knight

 

Seems like there's really no excuse for the that no matter how "caught up in the moment" he was, ha.

 

Why? Opinions, mannnn. Some people don't like Marvel, and that is okay.

a marvel vs. dc mindset is bad for these movies and comics

at best there should be a competitiveness where each publisher/studio does something new and fresh and exciting and they push each other and we get awesome, crazy comics and movies

reducing anything to "fuck marvel" or "fuck dc" and you're just a reddit doodoo head

 

Not that I take too much to early reviews, because I generally feel the opposite of what most professional critics think, but from a critical standpoint, the reviews don't seem to be off to a stellar start. Lol then again from a summer action movie standpoint I'm not sure what I was expecting from that.

 

This is getting BvS level reviews

Fuck sake DC can we just make a decent fucking movie please. Maybe DC and Warner Bros should just make trailers but not a movie to go with it.

Ouch at these reviews. Really bummed as I was actually looking forward to this one. Oh well, I like the character designs in the very least and it seems like it'll be a fun watch.

 

I look forward to the day when we are on the verge of a major DC release, and it's actually getting some good reception. Here's to hoping Wonder Woman will do this.

 

I already have incredibly low expectations, so these reviews are just confirming why I had them so low. Now I can see it and enjoy the good parts and just not take DC seriously as movie makers.

 

I wasn't expecting the reviews to be this bad. Yeesh.

 

I was. DC has yet to release a great film in their universe. To be fair, they only had 2 before this. But I just didn't see this one being it.

I am hoping Wonder Woman can make a difference.

 

Audience score might be totally different but who knows

 

I like MoS more than most Marvel movies and thought BvS was pretty great, so I'm pretty happy with the DCEU movies so far. Plus, RT shows both the Thor movies as fresh, so I can't put too much stock into it. Still gotta wonder if DC's movies will ever reach Guardians-level good or please fans as much as Civil War. Excited to see this on Thurs, albeit with tempered expectations now.

 

It absolutely will be, just like BvS.

BvS currently 27 for critics 65 for fans

 

The Flash Wonder Woman and Aquaman are all promising, lol imagine Aquaman being the best DC movie who could possibly have predicted that
