See, now there is an actual point that I can get behind or discuss if I disagreed.

merely saying something is unnecessary is basically proclaiming that you can form a sentence. Again, this isn’t just about you. I’ve seen similar comments increasingly lately and it’s so dumb.

 

It might have been unnecessary, but it's the best Star Wars film out of all (hot take)

 

It’s really not a hot take.

I find it absurd, but that’s just me and I find myself to be in the minority. the first hour of that movie is easily my least favorite of the Disney era, movie wise, at least. The third act is incredible and at this point, the best space fighting we may have ever gotten from Star Wars in live action. I think the movie ending on such a high makes people kind of excuse the pretty weak first hour or so.

I don’t hate the movie by any stretch even with that first half being pretty rough. But that first hour makes it so it could never be my favorite. As a whole, I enjoyed Solo more, I think. But Rogue One’s third act and highs are much higher than anything in Solo. So maybe it evens out for me. I think 7 and 8 are better than both.

 

No new footage for anyone worried about that.

 

Really hope that music is in the film itself

 

Rogue One is like one of the top three movies in the franchise though.

See, how he feels about RO is how I feel about Solo so we tied on that. Like the Kessel Run and Donald Glover as Lando are the only things I remember about that movie.

I watched the Rebels shorts on Disney plus the other day. All really fun little character pieces.

I finally made it to the two suns episode. This is gonna be a good one.

 

Hell yes! Enjoy! It has one of my all time favorite sequences in all of Star Wars.

 

Honestly, I think that episode is my favorite thing in the new canon.

 

The best part is that’s where I am in my rewatch. I get to watch it tonight! Hell yea!

I...I was kinda let down by twin suns. I may need to rewatch it.

 

Bummer. I watched it earlier and those last 5 minutes are incredible to me.

 

I was just kinda let down that like I’ve been waiting for this confrontation for a long time and then bing bang boom it’s over and he’s dead

 

Booooooo. That's such a great episode.

 

Watch again. Pay close attention to what Obi Wan does in that duel. You may have caught it, but I think the way he handled it was way better than had it been a drawn out battle.
