Also love the release date of the clone wars. Enough time to watch Mandalorian release weekly and Episode 9 about 20 times and then something else new.

Honestly as much as I am just flat out excited for Mandalorian and Obi-Wan, Im also am just hoping so badly these shows, the Benioff and Weiss trilogy appeases all of the older fanboys who complain about Kennedy and Disney's handling of Star Wars and we can let every generation enjoy what they enjoy.

...And then when Rian Johnson gets his trilogy and Disney continues to bring in new generations people wont flip the fuck out.

Obi-Wan - Prequel Fans but a fan favorite character. will probably be darker
Mandalorian - OG Trilogy Fans and will appease those who want the old feel. Definitely darker in tone
Rian Johnson - TLJ fans/ people who want totally new stuff /probably will be for a new generation of fans. probably lighter in tone
Benioff/Weiss possible Old REpublic trilogy - Probably for everyone/ fans who like the lore/mythology and Jedi vs Sith aspect of Star Wars
Cassian - spy thriller for fans of the war Empire vs. Rebellion aspect of Star Wars

And thats just what we know and not including animated or other canon. Such a great variety. Kennedy and Lucasfilm are fucking KILLING IT.

Cassian is such a boring character. I wonder how they will create an interesting series around him

 

I get that. I didn’t really get much from Cassian either but my intrigue for the series is more the spy thriller genre it touts to be. Also excited to see them explore moral gray area of being a rebel that was briefly touched on in Rogue One and Cassians past being raised as a Separatist.

Also more K2!!!!

 

I feel like Casian could be interesting depending on how they write it. He and his family were actually Sepratists and he somehow ends up in the Rebellion and I think that could be a cool story. If they give us him in his Sepratist days or include stuff from that time he could be intriguing.

Some people even argue the Rebellion started with Dooku and the Sepratist movement. Seeing that point of view would be worth exploring.

 

Well I guess I’m getting Disney+ now

 

There are so many things on schedule. It’s such a great time to be a Star Wars fan with basically fans of all flavor getting something. This is the most excited I’ve been since 2015.
