I guess the D+ version of the podrace scene is pretty identical to the original home release.
unless the VHS version was different than the DVD, that’s the one I watched on repeat.

wish the deleted scene was on D+

Disney just ended the Star Wars hotel in FL, effective 1OCT for those who were interested in maybe checking that out...

Twitter just going in on the Grey Jedi concept today for some reason.

it def felt longer when I first watched it on Disney+

I’m guessing the VHS version was the theatrical, while the DVD had this different cut.

I’ve seen the gray Jedi thing going round and round in different places recently. Really makes the extended universe people riled up.

going through Rebels, Sabine's mom actually tells her she isn't the master of the darksaber because she didn't win it from Maul in combat. surprised I never saw a clip of that in all the explainers about the lore of the darksaber.

I haven’t watched any of those videos. If they’re recent, I assume they skipped it since her brief possession of it is irrelevant now.

it's still pretty relevant, since she was the one who gave it to Bo-Katan in the first place.

Eh. Haha but she lost it. So beyond that is irrelevant. Her current ownership is from saving Din.

I personally come down on the side of no gray Jedi, but also I can't be bothered to argue with people on twitter about anything lol

Finally finished Jedi: Survivor today. Overall liked it, but wasn’t a big fan of the 3rd act and I’m really scared about where they’re going in the future because it’s bordering on a concept I hate in Star Wars. I trust the team to follow up well and hope I’m wrong.

The common misconception is that there was actually way more Jedi than people think during the Clone Wars.

10,000 or so Jedi and so far like idk 30 have survived?

A .3% failure rate ain’t bad for a galactic government lol

Yeah. Seriously. And this is Galaxy of hundreds of planets with millions/billions of life forms on them. A couple of handfuls are gonna slip through.

i choose to believe that the only Jedi who actually died are the ones whose deaths we’ve witnessed/confirmed.
