It’s pointlessly important to me. It won’t effect my enjoyment at all and is merely a preference. She does change her hair up in Rebels, so it does fit the character to change it up over the years. I’m just a big fan of women with short hair. I’ve also been watched Power Rangers and the pink Ranger has long hair and it’s super obvious it’s covering up the stunt man. It doesn’t actually matter. I’m just rambling now.

It’s crazy to think that all these shows and movies take place before the sequel trilogy so eventually if you keep asking what happens next, the answer will be “well, somehow….Palpatine returned”

 

I mean, the show is literally showing how he returned with all the cloning stuff. So, it will explain it more than TROS did. Or rather, show more of it. It was explained, just not given more than a line of dialogue.

 

Don’t get me wrong I like all the shows and I want more. I just can’t get over that’s how it ended lol. But now we got something past that to look forward to

 

the cameos def threw me for a loop at first, but I love Jack Black and Christopher Lloyd was hamming it up great.

he was also guilty as soon as he showed us his big red button.

loved seeing Bo wreck that dude with just her fists and a knife (& some slight jet pack assists) while he was firing off ROCKETS and coming at her with a flamethrower.

the dark saber stuff was whatever, at least now we can move on to more mandalorians working together and fighting some imperial remnants.

 

Trust me, TROS is an abomination.

 

All of High Republic Phase 3 just announced with the current story/initiative ending in Spring 2025. Also announced: Vernestra Rwoh from the books is going to appear in The Acolyte!

all I’ve heard about so far is seeing Thrawn and a shot of Sabine using Ezra’s lightsaber

 

Lol me seeing the leaked still of Thrawn is just the “I don’t know what I expected” Arrested Development moment.

 

The second one was also alluded to during their interview on the Live Stream stage but they even questioned if they were allowed to mention it. The actor in question even said if it wasn’t public it was on probably YouTube anyways.

 

Haven’t found a leak of that yet. Reddit only has the first at the moment.

 

Started my rewatch of Rebels today.

 

I’m wrapping up another show here shortly, then I’ll be doing that as well.

Ahsoka extended trailer leaked on the subreddit. Shots of Thrawn and Sabine using Ezra’s saber and escaping on a speeder bike but the rest is essentially the same.

Couple days late but I am so excited for pretty much everything announced, I will never be able to quit being hyped for Star Wars haha. Actually most excited for the Filoni movie, I wonder if it's gonna basically be the "series finale" of Mandalorian/all of those shows.

I also love how it seems the Ahsoka show is pretty much a direct sequel to Rebels (assuming they'll do a lot of explaining for people that didn't watch that show). Hasn't a lot of time passed between the end of Rebels and when this show is going to take place though? It seemed like she was actively on her way to search for Ezra at the end so I wonder why that would have been so delayed

 

the very last scene of Rebels is a significant timeskip to post-Empire so I think the search for Ezra wouldn't have been going too long before the show starts. I actually have a feeling they'll recreate that scene with Sabine and Ahsoka in live action since the trailer makes it seem like long hair Sabine is mostly waiting around on Lothal and watching Ezra's last message over and over. just a suspicion though idk

 

Oh I didn't remember the time skip aspect, that makes a lot more sense
