The rollout of Disney+ has been pretty disappointing.

 

They simply did not have enough content ready.

 

What a shitshow.

 

I'm not disappointed in Disney+ since I have an almost 2 year old. Been pretty good for him.

 

I’m fine because I’ve binged some old stuff but I signed up for the new content and so far they’ve only delivered on one show. Not ideal.

 

Friggin get lindeloff to write it

 

Tbh if it wasn’t for the upcoming Marvel shows I wouldn’t be interested in keeping it. So far it looks like those are the only promises from Disney we’re getting.

Honestly, Disney plus was already worth it for me just because of all the other content they already have. The only new thing that really attracted me was Mandalorian.

Did yall really expect the Obi-Wan show within the first 3 months? I really don't understand the complaint, you knew what you were getting from the start. They've delayed production on Obi-Wan, not the air date. I don't see why any of this matters in the slightest. Can someone help me out?

 

I believe most people were expressing that before Ewan clarified. At the time of initial report, it was assumed it would be pushed back. You have info now that wasn’t available during those reactions, but no one ever assumed it would be here by now.

 

Yeah, the assumption was that it was being pushed back, but i still stand by my original point that the rollout of D+ has been pretty bad. I wish they had more originals ready to go. Can only sustain a nostalgia-fest for so long.

 

I find the disney plus app to be so bad I don't even know what's on it. Could be missing out on some great old stuff.

 

Given the last few times Kennedy intervened in Star Wars based on creative issues I can’t say I’d be stoked about the news. But I don’t watch Star Wars shows

 

There is sort of a Holdo maneuver in Clone Wars. S1E4 - Destroy Malevolence, The Malevolence goes crashes into a moon as its entering hyperspace.

I truly never understood that argument.

 

Lightspeed skipping is much much dumber than the holdo manuever which is actually awesome

 

Like what do people think is going to happen if you ram into something at light speed? You’re just going to bounce off?
