Also, because I don't use Twitter or Facebook that much, I didn't even realize until recently that some people prefer the prequel trilogy over TFA and TLJ and will defend those to the death when comparing to this trilogy.

I’ve never felt this way during a franchise film before, specifically during the space kamikaze silent shot and the two suns scene.

Rewatching now. Why was Leia able to survive in space and float around? Seems real corny.

This is the first time she's ever used them, yeah? I mean I know she was Force sensitive because she felt when planets were destroyed, Han died, and when Ben/Kylo was close. But never straight up Force abilities, right?

 

The force protecting people from dying in extreme circumstances is not even that new. Pretty sure the Empire novelization even mentioned it for Luke’s Hoth (and Bespin) survival.
