I read that on IGN and people were like "he's just milking this to get relevant again, he didn't have suicidal tendencies" and other stupid stuff. I hate people.

 

Yeah, they both got death threats.

 

I’ve literally not once in my life seen a character in a show/movie that I didn’t like and thought “You know what? I should tell the actor how much I hate him.” Much less threaten him.

 

You need to get with the times then apparently.

 

The fireworks in Wildwood, NJ were set to Duel of Fates and I almost had a stroke I was so excited.

 

i soundtracked some fireworks once and definitely used that, along with the 20th century fox theme, top gun theme, and then some M83.

 

M83 is a great choice

Anybody see this thing about Rey’s training scene by the rock mirrors luke vs kylo at the end. I didn’t really see any kind of significant similarities personally

i'm actually watching this now haha just passed the part where rey leaves to head to kylo. idk if it's been mentioned here but i just noticed the similarities between that scene and when luke leaves dagobah for bespin in empire. Yoda tells him not to go, that he isn't ready, and he goes anyway. Luke tries to stop Rey but she goes ahead. Even the shots of Yoda/Luke watching the xwing/falcon take off are super similar.

 

It’s weird. Idk how involved Rian is in the choreography of these fights. If he did have a hand in the choreography, I would probably guess that it was intentional but if he delegates that to somebody else it could just be the choreographer has a certain style?

Oh really? I must’ve not seen it. That tweet and article were posted a couple days ago and was mentioned on Jedi Council today which is how I found out

just drank an 8% Citrus IPA by Duclaw Brewery called “Never Tell Me The Odds”.
