Reading through the thread makes me wish that Andy wrote more these days. Love listening to The Watch, but they usually cover multiple topics in one episode and I would love some more in depth stuff from him.

 

Same, I don't even listen to the podcast because they go so broad and cover so much.

 

Some episodes I’ll just skip around, but since I’ve been writing about TV a lot lately, I find it useful to listen to how they analyze shows in general.

Laura Dern's hair just bothered me in the film.

After thinking about it all day, this is definitely my favorite ending of a Star Wars movie. I connect and see so much of myself in those kids. Loving these stories and heroes and talking to anyone who will listen, spreading the legend. Wanting so much to be Broom kid and use the force to do everything even now. Looking up at the stars and wanting all these things to be true somewhere out there. Believing in the message and lessons these movies/shows have taught and the great effect they’ve had on me. It’s literally perfect.

 

Shout out to Luke's delightfully weird daily routine. It works so well to let the audience know, "Hey, Luke's definitely not the guy you're expecting".
