I really, really don't like spoken word sections in this kinda music. He also says "fucking" like five times in ten seconds, and I get why, but it still feels real gratuitous

you gotta look at full lineups though too
tigers jaw is with saintsenca and smidley which is an A+ lineup. assuming the sorority noise lineup is obsessives and forth wanderers which is also very good but might be a step down? the petal show is the tour with slingshot, right? if it's the philly show it's with some amazing locals as well. tough choice, if you had to choose one i'd probably go tigers jaw then petal then sorority noise

 

yea the petal show is also at a super small venue, which I always think is cool

 

also the superstar @US Camera booked that show

 

I think it might be mine too. I ended up listening to it five times in a row the other day.

Finally listening to this (accidentally, it came on after another album I forgot I had it on my iTunes). Pretty good so far

Kyle Thrash videos are always so good. I love the one for Microwave's song Vomit.

 

Didn't know the same person did both of those. I thought the Vomit video was amazing. This appears to be a pretty talented individual.

 

the No Halo video wrecked me completely. that was fantastic and devastating.
Thrash and Max Moore are two of the best music video directors that i know of out there.

 

Thrash also did this Tiny Moving Parts video that I absolutely love

 

I was watching the video for No Halo and I was like "Man, this really reminds me a lot of the new Menzingers After the Party video" and yeah, Thrash did the video for that, too haha. Good stuff!
