oh it's a very good album. just has a very high bar, especially on first listen to songs that have been sitting with us for a bit

I'm not criticizing the album because this usually isn't my kind of music at all and I really do not feel qualified, but: there are about four songs on this I feel like listening to more than once or twice (Cool probably being the only single of those, not sure). HOWEVER, I can see myself listening to those songs 100 times. She's very talented.

This is truly fantastic. I don’t think anything reaches the height of Your Dog (or even Cool), but that’s one of the Like 3 or 4 best songs this year, so I didn’t expect anything to. This is easily one of the best albums I’ve heard this year though.

Just announced more UK dates for September, awesome news seeing as I couldn't make it today.

 

This is great. The end of "Cool" fucking owns.

 

Loving this. The guitar solo thing in Cool makes me feel a level of uncomfort that I don’t know if I’ve ever felt before. Very weird feeling

 

This album is really good. Tbh I might agree nothing tops the singles but plenty of songs are at least on a similar level (Scorpio Rising, Flaw, Blossom, the closer) and the rest is still good. I just really love how she constructs her melodies.

 

Last Girl is so cool. It feels very 90s somehow

 

Whole album is great. One of my tops of the year so far.

 

Yeah it's definitely top of my list so far
