I remember the Bamboole Roadshow. I think it only lasted 2-3 years. I don't remember anything about Hoodwink. I'd be happy for anything.

 

Isn't John D too busy being sued left and right for that shitty Rock Carnival?

The Rock Carnival is being announced Thursday, tickets on sale Friday.
I already got tickets to Rock Allegiance so I'll see if this is any better.

Yah he screwed up. Especially with Blink/ADTR/ATL/Front Bottoms just announcing a mini-festival show in Atlantic City in September, he could of really booked that to his festival.

John D is focused on the Rock Carnival and Adventure In The Park for the fall. so I assume it will come back next spring hopefully.

 

so it seems Rock Carnival was a success but Adventure In The Park fell through less than a week before the show. John D deleted his twitter and Skate and Surf is coming back in 2017 according to NJ.com

I forgot all about Adventure in the Park. I guess I will have to change the title of this thread from 2016 to 2017!

 

it was canceled to to Hurricane Matthew which didn't even really hit NJ. seems odd

I wonder if they just used the hurricane as an excuse to cancel it due to low ticket sales.

They had an "event" with one of the guys who was on Big Brother that was painful to watch.

 

Dance Gavin Dance plays there at least once a year and Emarosa is coming up i think but i refuse to go there.

Despite all the drama involving John D, I am glad Skate & Surf is coming back. It seems silly to not have one this year after it seemed to improve over the last three years.

 

Do we know if this is coming back this year?
