Shrinking (Apple TV) TV Show

The series follows Segel’s Jimmy, “a grieving therapist who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks,” according to the official logline. “Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives — including his own.”

 

Watched the first episode of this and enjoyed it enough to continue. Definitely have missed Jason Segel!

Watched the episodes last night, really liked it

 

Enjoyed the first 2 eps. Jason Segel is great as always, and this is the perfect role for Ford. Jessica Williams is good in this too. Thought I hadn't seen her in anything, but apparently she was in Booksmart and the Fantastic Beasts movies.

 

First two episodes were awesome, really looking forward to where the show goes from here

 

Watched the newest ep. Lmao the Phoebe Bridgers scene.

 

After watching the first two episodes I was a tiny bit on the fence about continuing the show if I'm being honest. It was enjoyable for sure, and I laughed pretty hard at Harrison Ford and Ted McGinley a few times, but something wasn't clicking for me. After the third episode I am fully on board. I love this show.

this show is really trying to bring back 90s soft rock

 

Enjoying this. The Ted Lasso vibes are strong. Not a bad thing at all but hopefully as it goes on it’ll pick up more of its own personality.

 

Derek's little moments every ep are consistently hilarious.

This show is definitely over the top and cheesy but worth watching.

 

Brian being Paul's lawyer feels too convenient on a show where it's already kinda weird that Jimmy Paul and Gabby are all friends and not just coworkers

 

Really enjoying this. Apple continues to release quality shows.

 

Just realizing now that he's the same actor who played Jefferson in Married with Children. Holy shit.

 

Finally watched the first episode. This is even more Scrubs like than Ted Lasso on the best way
