Idk if that’s controversial, but while I adore CBS, it’s overrated as all hell.

 

If you are showing someone this band for the first time I'd hope you'd play Lungs Like Gallows, Irish Eyes or The Path.

 

100% Calling All Cars is a great song. Never got the love for CBS. Was it because of Guitar Hero?

 

Shark Attack, Sick or Sane, Rum, And CBS are the usual ones I show

 

Perhaps? But why THAT one?? I struggle to think of a more bland SF guitar song haha

 

Seeing them play Shark Attack at taste of chaos right after SS came out is one of my fondest concert memories

 

It’s my fav SF track

 

I can get down with Sick or Sane for sure. Song is always on my SF mix.

I was planning on quitting after album number 4, but if Irony doesn't advance I will quit RIGHT THE FUCK NOW.

 

Qutting before their best album?

 

I completely lost interest in the band after Life is Not a Waiting Room.

EDIT: Not just with Senses Fail, but I lot of bands I listened to from 2002-2008 era, I kind of grew out of or just didn't pay attention as much after that. I do recall some of their later albums getting super heavy (saw them live a few years ago and was not into it at all).

This is such a fun album.

 

True, the next album The Fire had some super heavy tracks on them but still had the soft and poppier tracks mixed in. The one after that went full on hardcore

 

Yeah, when I saw them live in 2015 I was stunned to have learned how heavier they got. It was like full on hardcore and I was literally like 'what the fuck is going on?' Even their older songs, they were playing it in a heavier version it seemed.
