Hey everyone. I do the whole one man band thing so it's hard to get a fair amount of people to listen. So I'd appreciate any listens or feedback. These songs are about a year or 2 old, for I've just started recording a new EP again after a break, so they are an early incarnation of what I plan to take this project, but it's something. The genre is Post Hardcore but I sorta fuse other generes such as rap or indie rock in it. In the future I'm sort of taking out the rap influences as evident by the newest upload. I'm only just getting started with writing about music, games and tech. I just published a post about my May playlist, which features write-ups on songs from Modern Baseball, Thrice, The Hotelier, Russian Circles and Jimmy Eat World. It also includes a conversational bit on how much effort we should dedicate to first listens of new albums.

I'd always appreciate some critical feedback about my writing, as this is new territory for me and know there is always room for improvement.

So I'm joining @Robk's band Safely for their Northwest tour this week. If any of you are in the area (dates and locations are on their Facebook) we'd love to see you!

And then this is a video of me tracking drums for the upcoming first Staircase Spirits EP. Really, really excited to get these songs out into the world

 

Hoping this is a goo thread for this. I'm currently looking to add more bands to my roster for Wreck It Records and I wanted to see if anyone here may be interested. I'm focusing on digital releases right now and will do PR, social media posting/marketing, digital distro (if needed) and can send out music to some music supervisors for TV and would be more than happy to email radio stations as well.

If there's anyone who is even slightly interested, feel free to PM me. I promise I'll definitely work my ass off for any bands who want to team up. Thanks in advance to anyone who considers this.
