Heard the new song and kinda liked it so I checked in on this thread to see whats going on with this band nowadays and wow what the fuck

 

Objectively, Max is not doing fine.

He was just in a psych hospital. He admits to snorting pills around his children. His wife was just in rehab. His kids don't go to school. He rips off his fans. He cancels a lot of shows. Screws over other bands. He employs fans and doesn't pay them. He rants against family members on his public music. I really don't want to dislike the guy and I want him to wake up and be like "my bad." But fine? No. He's not fine. I follow only a little at this point. I just want to hear the guy's doing well honestly, I use to be a humongous Say Anything fan but this is all pretty painful.

Not sure what your agenda is lol. I don't want him cancelled. Quite the opposite. I want him to feel good and make music.

 

Would love to hear how that ending wish-of-death in "Psyche" could be interpreted if Max is a "good dude".

This is the point of almost all of our posts people should take away.

None of us (to my knowledge) want Max to be doing poorly or for his kids and family to suffer. Nothing would make me happier to see him doing well, but it's a problem if fans aren't made aware of the way he mistreats his community and the actions he's taken that are troubling. It does everyone, including him, a disservice. There's no reason fans shouldn't be warned or why he shouldn't be held accountable.

My friends friend who washes Max's car every other Tuesday told me that he thinks hes the best father and bandmate. Trust me! He knows a lot more than you and your friends on here and reddit!!!

I spoke to my buddy and mentioned the interest on this thread for his washing skills. Hes going to talk to Max but he thinks he may be able to get him to switch days he so he can get to you on Tuesdays.

 

I cant tell if you are joking or not.

But TRUST ME!!! My man knows his stuff. When you are detailing and cleaning between the seats of cars, you really get to know the person behind the vehicle if you know what i mean!!

Ill tell you what, I can see if I can get my buddy to wash your car also. Might have to be a Wednesday, hes busy on Tuesdays.
