Listened to S/T yesterday. People act like we didn’t love that when it dropped, but the backlash actually came later to my memory. People were hype af for “Eloise” and the acoustic version of “Crush’d” that Max did for Rolling Stone.

 

I'm still hype as fuck for Eloise.

IDTII is one of those records I love and can not understand for the life of me the hate. I can’t even listen to half a song off Anarchy.

oh man

 

I really like this song, probably the best thing since the S/T for me.

 

The concept of the record sounds like it will either be 10/10 or 0/10 though.

anarchy has "overbiter," my favorite say anything song

it's a v flawed album though and pretty much a perfect example of reaching for past glories and falling way short

 

i am praying this album doesn't have a third "admit it"

I'm not going to include Painful Splits cus I only remember a few songs and I lost my CDs. I think I just like all the official Say Anything stuff more just because I'm more inclined to spend more time with it.

You're really gonna put TT2 above the first?

 

Its tough because TT2 has some great highs, but some pretty damn low lowpoints.

TT1 is in the middle for the duration of the album IMO

the rest don't really do it for me. the first Two Tongues record is really good. the second one makes my stomach hurt.
