IARB songs are not that hard to sing. I have trouble imagining him being THAT bad but I believe all ya'll. Not surprising, same sad story.

I can sing IARB songs and sound good and I’m a terrible singer

like I’m confident in saying if I fronted an IARB cover band it would be better than seeing say anything live

Hard to think of many artists who have treated their fans worse over the years. Shitty live performances, lazy songwriting, diva attitude, all the Songwriting Shop debacles. Fans have been giving him money for years and getting basically nothing in return.

When you listen to his early stuff, the raw talent is so obvious. His career could have been so different. One of the all-time "what if" guys.

There’s an alternate universe where anarchy my dear doesn’t suck and he never makes hebrews

Just saw a post on Reddit that he cancelled the meet and greet in Philly today due to being “under the weather” and the post even says “sorry for the late notice”. Wonder how late that info was announced vs when it was supposed to start and probably not a great look this early in the tour and a bunch of people in here and elsewhere stating he likely wouldn’t finish the tour. Sure seems to be heading that way lol

Hey!!! Hebrews still had soul and Anarchy had a couple of ok ones. IDTII lost the plot and I've held off saying this because I don't believe in putting myself into relationship blaming but since he started with Sheri Dupree he has been the worst.

    hate my favorite band

My friend went to the Philly show tonight and basically repeated everything I’ve seen in here. This girl I know, who is also there, posted a video and it was mostly of him vaping and the crowd singing. Looked like a good time

Hebrews is legitimately the worst album I’ve ever listened to in my life. I’m not exaggerating.

Judas, Splendid Thing, Push, Shape of Love, Lost My Touch are cool songs. There's creativity, concepts, storytelling and melody in there. The vocals/strings aren't for everyone though, I didn't like it at first listen. Off IDTII I only like 17 Coked Up. Oliver sounded better but content wise just completely lost me. Obviously whatevers being released now god only knows.

I bitch over and over about this band but I really just want to listen to my favorite band and feel good about it again :(. Unlistenable because of Max's current state for me. If he popped up "okay" that would change, I can't separate this art from this artist especially as self referential as he is in his music.

Look the fact that anyone could possibly think hebrews is anything other than a completely unlistenable pile of absolute fucking garbage just goes to show you how different tastes can be

We were at the Orlando show, and the only thing that kept us there for the whole thing was tequila.

Anarchy was the first time I experienced a bad album by an artist I truly love and it was... an experience. I don't hate a couple songs off it now but I remember listening to a leaked version and being genuinely pissed at what I was hearing lmao

You could make a good album out of the bloated in defense double album but everything after that is stinky doo doo.

In Defense and Self Titled are great, but all their music sucks because now I know what kind of person he is and where it comes from. The instrumentation can be great and so can all the other band members deserve some recognition for their work, but at the same time they're actively supporting this douchnozzle.

I actually enjoy Hebrews and think it would be a very solid record if they didn’t use garage band sounding built in strings
