I gotta be honest with you I’ve forgotten almost everything about The Wedding Singer

You mean best movie he had create control over or best movie he has starred in? I actually don't think it's either of those haha

The Wedding Singer is definitely his nicest movie, I guess that or Big Daddy

Big Daddy is the last one I’ve enjoyed. 50 First Dates is the only decent one post-2000. I’ve said it in the past, as much as I love PTA movies, Punch Drunk Love wasn’t for me.

do ppl not like Funny People? I seem to remember that one being mostly well-received but I've never seen it so I might be remembering wrong.

I appreciate Sandler acknowledging/satirizing his lame movie choices, but after Funny People he continued to go that route

Best “Adam Sandler movie” was probably Billy Madison. That or Happy Gilmore.

Best performance/best movie he’s ever been in is obviously Punch-Drunk Love.

It seems kinda mixed. IMO the first hour and a half is damn good, and if it wrapped up shorty after that it seriously would have potential to be one of my favorite movies ever, but then it goes on for way too long and off the rails.

Click on paper sounds like the dumbest movie ever but it’s low key criminally underrated.

Also, Funny People didn’t do it for me the first time I watched it but now I really like it. Tries to fit too much into one movie but it’s pretty enjoyable.

Yeah Funny People really falls apart after they go off to Leslie Mann’s house. It was pretty good up until then, and the ending is good too. Apatow just can’t help his love of 2+ hour comedy films.

Was kind of bummed about the Opera Man joke about people can’t wait for Game of Thrones to end so they cancel HBO, if only because I love “Barry”/Bill Hader and want all the SNL people to support their own.

Also, Sandler is so good in “Punch Drunk Love” and “Meyerowitz Stories.” And even though he made some phenomenally shitty dramas, I appreciate that he takes risks and works with a variety of directors outside of his comedy pals.

Yeah, Sandler is a genuinely fantastic actor when he does more serious stuff. I could see him having some sort of late career Oscar story, that would be really cool

I liked the episode.... there were a few misses for me - 'Clothes in Holes' did nothing - and was worse that it was way too long.

I liked the snapchat one to show my 16 yr old daughter (who snapchats), but since I don't know all the memes, I wasnt into it.

Operaman was a hit, the song was a hit (though I saw the song on the special, although slightly different).

I was excited for the show, and there were more hits than misses. I liked the monologue (and I always liked Chris Rock).

The family reunion seemed 'repeated' and just quite 'there'.

Also pretty stunned that Chris Rock was the only cameo (If I'm remembering correctly).
