Pretty inconsistent but still probably the best of the season so far. Felt like Jonah barely got to do anything though



Also noticed that Seth Meyers got writing credit for something in the credits, wonder what it was. The Adam Grossman sketch maybe?

 

Solid episode, only a few things if anything really knocked my socks off. FAR better than the last time he was on here

 

The most average episode

 

The Laura Ingraham intro and blue wave short were hilarious. The nation divided play was by far my favorite, I couldn’t breathe. It reminded me of Goslings Woke Jeans skit.

 

I thought this was a pretty good episode. Definitely better than the first three.

 

"He looks like someone tried to whittle Bruce Willis out of a penis" is golden.

 

Thought this was a solid episode. First time hearing Maggie Rogers, too.....gonna need to dive into her stuff.

 

The “every teen murder suspect on law and order” bit was hilarious. So on point.

 

Seeing some “Pete Davidson disrespects veteran” news articles popping up out there lol

The cognitive dissonance when they find out his dad died on 9/11

 

I typically don’t find SNL very funny. The sleeping pill commercial killed me though.

 

I thought the classroom skit was hilarious. Not sure why.

 

Thought this was another disaster episode. I feel like the writing is at an all time low. Fallen teacher was a great premise but the straight kid characters chimed in too fast. They do "straight man Pete davidson stuff" sooo much.

Melissa's law and order girl was great... jonahs 6yo is always great...and that's it.

Thought this was the best of the season pretty easily tbh. No classics but I at least got a couple laughs out of every sketch, which I much prefer to the typical front loaded episode where everything gets real spotty after WU.

Man, I must be so out of touch with music. In the past 5 years or so I haven't known most of the musical guests at all. Not even name recognition.

Haha I feel the exact same way. Paul Simon and kanye was all I've known so far.

 

I'm the same way. Even if I have heard the name before, it was because it was in some web tabloid headline and never anything about their music

 

Good farewell to Kate's Jeff Sessions. Good fucking riddance to the real one though
