He may have removed the mandate, but you still have to fill out all the insurance paperwork when you file. So head's up. I had to scramble to find some stuff yesterday for it.

 

Just applied to work at Delta. Amazingly, they just let you upload a resume and it's enough. None of that upload then immediately type out all the information on the next page bullshit.

 

That is so obnoxious.

 

I've refused to apply at places because of that uploading the resume but having to type all the info out.

Also, there's a dude at the bar whistling to the music playing in the background and I want to punch him in the face. People whistling makes me irrationally angry.

 

I'd say I see it on 80% of job posts.

If they don't allow LinkedIn syncing to fill in the gaps, same.

 

Personally I think it's fun to take half an hour to apply for a job

 

tbh applying for jobs always triggers a depression spiral so this is going to be a fun shift of selling soaps and candles

Many will pay the fine for not offering it if it is cheaper than offering it.

 

Ugh. I can't stand anything that says "live laugh love" or "Coffee is where the home is" Or anything that just puts words that people like on a piece of wood lol. My gf is constantly sending me these suggestions for our house but I don't like any of them and I feel like such a jerk.
