Express fits me so well that I don't need tailoring so that extra cost is pretty good for me in that sense. Granted, I don't buy much dress clothes so what little I have I can make do with.

I haven't gone to the outlet mall in years. I think there's a BR one there.

 

she wants us to be back together. the past couple months or so she's been really curious about why things are the way they are and im really not good at talking to her about it. it's hard to be honest and shield her and not say anything that could get her hopes up or give her the wrong idea. it sucks. Im trying to talk her mom into getting her into a few therapy sessions.

It's high quality for the price you pay. Obviously, regular BR is gonna be nicer, but if you pick the right, relatively basic stuff, it's hard to go wrong. I'm also on my way down from my heaviest weight, which bumped me up from a 32 to a 38 waist size so a lot of this stuff I view as temporary as I fight to get back down to my ideal weight, so I can't justify spending a ton of money on large dress shirts when I used to be a medium, same for pants, etc.

totally get that. i use clothes purchasing to help regulate my weight quite regularly. probably not healthy but it seems to work

It might not be healthy, but I'm trying to do the same. I always remember going into express thinking: okay, photographer or producer?

I'm excited that I'm fully at the point now where 38 is too big and 36 is starting to be too big and closing in on that 34. Getting a puppy helped so much haha. Also, he eats my socks. That's fashion related, right?

 

I own three suits and maybe wear each of them once a year. Blue and grey for weddings, and/or fancy dinners .Black one for funerals, and/or fancy dinners.

 

I only pay $420 an hour. Sorry. Maybe someone else will hire you.

i do not own a real suit yet. please no one i know die for at least the next three months. for many other reasons too, but mainly the suit thing.

 

Life is too short for boring dress socks and your puppy is helping you maintain my life motto.

 

You're right. He's more fashion forward than I am. Maybe he's trying to tell me that I shouldn't always wear black casual socks.

 

my go to dress socks are these baby blue ones with baby chicks and magnets on them

Very sorry to hear it. I know there's always one struggle or another but I think things do improve once they get used to a routine

 

I'm a big fan of white Nike socks with tennis shoes, so I legit go from crazy dress socks to boring af so what do I even know

oh i don't really own dress socks either lol
i do own many pairs of hanes black socks though, so far that's worked
