cooking is really good for dealing with any sort of depressive tendencies when I'm in the frame of mind to deal with those. it's all so automatic and clearly defined for the most part, I can just be on autopilot

Good! Just got back home from Camarillo, saw Tigers Jaw Friday with a friend up there, was a blast. My train was delayed 3 hours while I was on it though so I was on a train for 6 hours today instead of the usual 3 so I feel kinda shitty lol. how've you been??
