Drinking imports in America isn’t an apples to apples comparison because it takes so long to get the beers to the shelves so it’s hard to make a fair comparison side by side.

 

What Im saying is the american pilsners Ive had do not taste at all like any euro pils Ive had (abroad or here). And the differences are so stark that everyone would agree having tried them (whatever junk I tried in the past).

Im sure somebody state side has to make good ones. Ive personally found only offensively bad ones.

 

Yes I understand your point. What I’m saying is taste buds and memories are faulty and the only way to really compare is a full on side by side comparison who is next to impossible. Not saying that you’re wrong; you’re probably correct, just that there’s a lot more variables that go into it than just this tastes better than this.

Youre gonna have to trust that I know what the euro pils taste like, there and here (Ive spent months over there at a time). Because Ive drank a whole bunch of it and its my favorite. And whatever ones I had here were completely different. Simple as that. Trust me this stuff was ridic different. It would be dope to find some domestic brewery that does it right so we could get it fresh over here.

 

Have my interview scheduled for Monday! Pretty excited as it’s a good company to get in with, I had a buddy work with them after college and like 6 or so years after.

I have to get my series 7 and 66 licenses though, but they are gonna basically pay me to study for 6 months before taking the tests.
