good weird star wars characters on display here. Not like Episode 7s orange butthole eyes Yoda

 

My favorites were definitely Baze and Chirrut. They had great chemistry and it was genuinely sad when they went out. I wish they had gotten just one more scene (there's a scene that was in the trailer and the novelization, that would have been perfect). I enjoyed the others well enough, but that's mostly because of the acting.

 

Here's a probably strange thing, especially based on most others reactions. K2 was probably my least favorite (still liked him) but probably cared for him the least amount in death. Cassian and Chirrut stole the show for me.

 

That's interesting! I think it's cool that people have different favourites/attatchments though! K2, Galen and Baze got me the most.

 

K2 is a lot less funny watching a 2nd time with no theater crowd, IMO.

Purchased the Blu-ray tonight. Currently watching the BTS.

Bought it yesterday. Bout to get my day drunk on later, and watch it. Crazy I only saw it once. Considering it's probably my fav SW movie, and I usually see SW movies in theaters multiple times.

 

I bought that five disc version at Target and this movie is just fantastic. I haven't watched the bonus features yet - but I'm going to do it this week. Also bummed I'm not making it to Star Wars Celebration - though it's an hour drive tops from where I live.

 

I definitely went to the restroom during the tentacle monster/interrogator, and the two dudes who try to start a ruckus in the cantina a la A New Hope. Had no idea they were in this until just now.

 

Restroom during a movie... tsk. tsk. tsk.

 

Just wear an adult diaper when you go to the movies.

 

When I drink coffee, and then a few hours later some cola I'm like a fountain.

 

People younger than 45 go to the bathroom during a movie?

 

If I have a beer with it, definitely.

I like watching movies at home for that very reason. Heh.

 

Over the last couple years I've had to come to terms with the fact that I really need to make sure my bladder is empty while watching a movie. Ever since I had to pee the entire time seeing Episode 7 I haven't wanted to repeat that experience haha

 

I had to cut my losses and pee during Rey's Jedi mind trick scene in Episode 7 I waited until I literally could not wait another second

 

I pee either right before the trailers, and/or will go during a trailer that looks stupid or have seen before.

I'm not huge on the score for this movie, but I found this gave me a new found appreciation for it. Giacchino really studied Williams original score intensely.
