Did the Reggie character get a new actor?

 

Yeah he did

 

Yeah the old Reggie can't come to Riverdale he's on 13 Reasons Why

 

This show is SO GOOD. I loved season one, but season two has upped the intensity in so many ways and I'm absolutely crazy about it now. So invested in all of the characters and so excited to see where it all goes.

 

Do you guys think this current storyline is going to last all season? Ala Jason Blossom in season 1.

Finally caught up on this show. Season 2 has been a ride so far, enjoying it even more than s1 and really excited to watch weekly. I think it will be a great show for that.

 

Really agree with this and I feel like this type of show is a great argument AGAINST releasing a show that's immediately binge-able. Keeps the audience engaged in an ongoing mystery without having to worry about the bingers spoiling the plot only days after release. I'm really looking forward to each new episode and think my experience would be a lot less enjoyable if I could just sit down and plow through it all at once.

Not to say that the binge format is bad, especially for shows of a shorter length (a la Stranger Things, etc.), but I guess I'm just glad to remember WHY I like a show releasing weekly.

 

(I want to know it all now. Haha.)

 

I am so glad it’s weekly. Reminds me of waiting a month for the new Double Digest

 

I can't binge watch shows, there's no way to process that much content

 

Bouncing theories off of friends week to week is the way I get the most enjoyment out of this show.

EDIT: also chanting "Shower Sex! Shower Sex!" everytime Archie and Veronica are alone this season.

This most recent episode was great, definitely added a lot more consequence to things than usual.

Seeing the Pussycats beat the hell out of Nick was great. Like, no holding back, they beat his ass and I loved every minute of it.
On the other hand, the Jughead/Betty situation bummed me out more than just about anything. I KNEW something would happen with Toni, was waiting for it since she showed up and figured that's where it'd go, but it just made me frown, haha.

 

I kinda love how this show turmed into a slasher

 

The lighting in this show is so ridiculous and amazing

 

kinda hope we get the reveal of the shooter in the mid season finale but the gang doesn’t find out who it is until the end of the season

I always have to watch a day late but OH MY GOD THIS SHOW

 

Also always a day late, but damn. I have more fun with this show than just about anything else on TV right now.
