Still really hopeful for Wednesday, though!

 

yeah, they usually have an announcement of the announcement date at least the day before the announcement. That was a confusing sentence to type.

I’m going with the announcement of the announcement tomorrow and the lineup announcement on Wednesday.

 

It seems Paramore is playing ACL. I like our chances for this one.

 

It really feels like Yellowcard is gonna play this, doesn’t it? Holy smokes.

 

After The Junior Varsity announced reunion shows last week I went back & listened to a bunch of that shit from that time period, & listened to both of those albums on Thursday. They've held up really well, I'd love to see them if the opportunity presents itself

Interesting that they deleted that one, hah! They replaced it with something a bit more inflammatory that doesn't indicate "this week."

Per Reddit, Algiers just confirmed that they’re on the lineup

 

MGK & Kennyhoopla were the only crossovers last year, so I don't know it that actually means anything.

I don't want to jump to any conclusions especially if the lineup actually comes out this week.

 

Gotta love a good BandsInTown goof.

Wonder if this means the line-up was originally meant to drop today (at some point; probably weeks ago) but got pushed back a few days.

 

or maybe it is being released tonight. Bands have screwed up the am vs pm before.

 

The lineup has only been announced on Tuesday once, I think if it actually is this week.. it'll be tomorrow

 

I agree - the instrumentation holds up really well, they have great hooks and some of the lyrics are a bit cringe in retrospect, but it was kind of a product of the time. I still think Park would've been bigger if they had a less generic name.

 

Maybe tonight Eve6/WATU finally play sound system in Chicago and announce that operation ivy is headlining……
