Joywave was incredible. Never listened to them outside of a couple songs on SiriusXM. They rocked.

Really bad by the main food vendor area, which I guess is expected but they were everywhere.

 

I'm so goddamn happy right now. I'm standing in the middle of a field, cool breeze in my hair, strong drink in my hand, watching Best Coast. Just fully content.

 

Les Savy Fav was amazing for anyone within 25 feet of the stage, dunno how it translated to the back

 

I ended up going as I originally planned. At state champs and they just did a cover of Chicago is so two years ago by fall out boy that they filmed a for a music video or something

 

That was sick

 

My buddy who was bringing me for free today bailed and the tickets are in his name at will call ☹️ I’m bummed

Not really. The official map mentioned a couple lots but I don’t remember how far they are. Most of the churches in the area offer parking for $25 or $30 but that’s really limited.

 

I seriously might consider that next year. I’ve had it lol.

 

Anybody know what’s going on with the NFG aftershow? Action adventure just jumped on, and it kinda sounds like they’re replacing Hot Mulligan.

also no one has said when NFG is supposed to go on. I really don’t want to leave the park early and then by the time I get there they’ve already started their set

That rise against set was better tonight then back in august. They sounded so much better and they brought Damien from fucked up to sing the Fortunate Son cover they do

TBS played “You’re So Last Summer” and a full cover of “My Name Is Jonas” haha idk if either of those have been in their rep recently but it was great and novel for me!

Everything about today was incredible. Was up close for Joywave, freedia, hepcat, Gogol, Vic, and Rtj. Then went to the Thursday after show which was out of this world. That rtj show is an all timer for me.
