Umm, how did they screw over fans by bailing on a festival that never happened?

The safe bet is to assume any reference to Fyre Fest is probably being made as a joke haha

Bunbury Festival just released their lineup. Last year Riot shared some bands with them, even headliners...so maybe we get Fall Out Boy this year?

Also I would like to see Dashboard Confessional and Bayside on Riot from Bunbury lineup

I will say that if Blink isn't able to play for whatever reason, I'd bet Fall Out Boy replaces them. I don't think they'd both play again though, seeing how they both have headlined previously in the same year together.

I’d honestly be down for Pigeons too.

I really hope Riot doesn’t go the GVF route. I don’t even hate them as much as a lot of people, but I don’t want to waste a high slot on them. I don’t think they would though either

I ALMOST put a joke disclaimer on that post but at the last minute thought, nah, people will get it.

I doubt Riot would ever do that. Could you imagine how many Riot fans would be upset by that?

I could see them on the bill down the line-up. But not this year. GVF seem to be focusing on the bigger, "pop" and "active rock" type festivals. Which makes sense considering where that band is at...

I expect them to be at Lolla

Same. GVF is being booked as the token "big rock" act for the year at some of those festivals. I'm convinced their booking is part of the reason I'm not bothering with Boston Calling this year (because they took a slot that would have usually gone to a bigger, more punk-leaning and/or legacy alt-rock act).

Would be legitimately shocked if GVF played Riot.

Let's hold our breath until we disappear

One of my friends told me today he booked his wedding for September 14.

...I don’t know what to do.

Have them enter the name the stage contest and rename it as the Wedding Stage and have the ceremony there

My cousin told me his wedding was in September and I panicked but it’s the last Saturday of September. Truly don’t know what I would’ve done lol

Doesn’t look like there’s too many crossovers so far.

Didn’t notice that said Stockholm and I couldn’t figure out how it was so terrible and someone I’ve literally never heard of had second billing. That makes a lot more sense.

Do the offshoot Lollapalooza fests ever even have that much in common with the Chicago one, anyway?

Regardless: We're about one month away from intense speculation season, you guys!

Thinking Alice In Chains will be at this thing. Tour skips Chicago in April and Lollapalooza wasn't a fit for them 5 years ago, let alone now.
