    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

Worst conflicts are The Fever 333 vs. Liz Phair, Sum 41 vs. The Front Bottoms, Bleachers vs. Atmosphere vs. Taking Back Sunday, Beck vs. Andrew WK, Alkaline Trio vs. The Wonder Years

There's definitely some conflicts, and things I'm bummed about missing but... The choices are pretty easy, ultimately.

I think Trio is probs getting the cut for me. If I go to TWY then I get watch Incubus from afar, then see Bad Religion and then go to RTJ.

  11. Sunday is perfect for me. I can basically stay at Radicals all day and then jump between Incubus and Bad Religion at the end. Friday definitely has my toughest choices.

My biggest conflict is Suicidal Tendencies vs. Bouncing Souls. Normally Bouncing Souls would get the easy win, but Suicidal is playing their first album and I have seen the Bouncing Souls many many many times. But then again the two sets I have seen from them at Riot Fest are two of my favorite sets I have ever seen them play because Greg just really seemed to be having a blast.

There is no reason for the conflicts to be this bad. Wow. Sorry for anybody who's into the same things I am. Basically every day has my must-sees conflicting most of the time.

Do we think Suicidal Tendencies and Bad Religion will open with their albums, play them last or mix them into the set? Might make a difference for me.

I kinda wish they had the second set of main stages alternating the way they do the other two... That would have helped this some.

Which stages are two main stages, two mid stages, and the 5th lone one?

I am chalking up a bunch of things not going my way about this festival (having to [smartly] skip Saturday due to marathon training early on Sunday morning, set time conflicts, not getting off work early enough on Friday to see a band or 2 that are must-sees) that I am simply gonna go and have a good time and enjoy the things I can.

Conflicts that make zero sense whether you like the band(s) or not:

Elvis Costello vs Killing Joke (classic act vs classic act)
Bully vs Reignwolf (guitar girl vs guitar guy)
The Aquabats vs Pussy Riot (rare act vs rare act)
Dropkick Murphys vs Cypress Hill (popular gen x/y hit band vs popular gen x/y hit band)
Incubus vs Father John Misty (singer ladies swoon over vs singer ladies swoon over)
Blondie vs Superchunk (classic gen x indie rock vs classic gen x indie rock)
Clutch vs Suicidal Tendancies (the punks and metal dudes will not appreciate this at all)
