Releasing single day tickets only a month or less before the festival surely cannot be a good idea for sales. I am pretty concerned about it.

 

We're officially one month out

 

At this point, I think most of the people who planned traveling from other states or countries that were waiting for 2nd wave or single days tickets wont be able to go.

 

Part of me is wondering if that $99 sale (that's still going on, BTW) was to push ticket sales to all three days until the daily line-up gets released (knowing that the next announcement was going to be delayed quite a bit)...

Yup. And because I'm a shit stirrer, I'm going to point out that the Twitter account was super active yesterday... And not at all active today thus far.

And we all know what that means...

... Riot Fest is probably going to post another listicle at exactly 11am EST! And a link to Saves the Day's new single that's already been posted by several other web sites! And probably one tweet snarkily responding to somebody asking about the 2nd wave announcement.

I’m still thinking that Elvis will get bumped up to 3rd headliner. 2nd wave will consist of roughly 10 small to mid range bands. One left column band but not another headliner.
