Wow this pizza party potentially has someone getting punched in the face if the weather isn't perfect, and people eating their hat/taking 15 shots of Malort if the Flatliners don't play. Anyone else wanna throw something down? I honestly don't know how anyone could miss this show in good conscience.

 

I'll take 15 shots of Malort if the Flatliners DO play. How about that?

It's probably the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life but it's just one of those things you have to do

There is always next Saturday to try it for the first time with a bunch of people you meet on the internet

 

We are gonna be at Quenchers so I will indulge in the Malort-a-rita. If you come to this show I will buy you one as well.

 

We'll see. Probably not going to be able to make Riot Fest now because of a conflict, but I'll try to make it out for that. Pending it doesn't sell out first.

 

You could definitely sell the ticket if need be: I believe there's non-will call option for this show

And what is a malort-a-rita? Literally just a margarita made with malort? Because that sounds horrifying.

 

Yep. And it's anything but horrifying. Probably the most illuminating drink you will ever imbibe.

Looks like I'm going to see Sublime w/ Rome and The Offspring tomorrow in Michigan, which Menzingers are opening.

Now I can see all of Built to Spill! Huzzah!

Man, these last few pages have me so bummed I'm not going this year haha

 

They must have changed it then because the tour poster excludes them for that show and their website doesn't list it that way.

I have no idea what Malort is but all the conversation makes it sound like the best/worst thing ever.
