Which means we are skipping Karaoke. No on seems to care that much and as I am not a bit cover guy, I'm okay with that.

And don't worry, we are doing the Nashville EP. It has quite a few gems.

This thread isn’t moving too fast for me!!!

However, CL is my vote, even thought both it and Don’t Blink are just kind of not-awesome-but-definitely-not-bad songs on an exceptionally bad album lol.

 

Gonna let this go til morning as we have gone through this album super fast.

Was this too fast? Should I slow down (and forget)? I would be more likely to let things breathe if we had more voters. But we average 10 or so, so once we hit that it's likely over if there is a big lead as we do here.

I think you're doing a wonderful job and especially with an album like this, I don't think we've moved through it too fast. FANSD is likely to garner more excitement and votes!

 

Thanks. I don't mind the amount of votes, just that our average gets hit quickly. Which just means our active voters are eager to play, which is great!

 

I think you're doing a great job as well! I really appreciate you taking the time to put these together and run them.

I personally would like to slow it down a little bit. I actually missed the first round of Collapsible Lung because it came too quickly after AFF. But that's just one person, if the rest of the thread is happy with the pace, no worries!

 

How is the format going to be with FANSD's interludes? Are those going to be included with the song or are they going to be removed altogether?

 

Can we set an amount of time between rounds? I keep missing them because of work!

 

I've missed a few for this reason. Although I am in the UK, so I may just be asleep. I've still enjoyed it though.

Looking forward to revisiting Forget And Not Slow Down in an intentional way.

It's 10-24 hours... Unless there is a clear winner, which has been the case for all the CL rounds. None of them have been close. So I run ruled them to keep things going.

Alright everyone, welcome to the RELIENT K FACE OFF. This will be NCAA style matches, with randomly generated brackets for each album facing off to decide which is the winner of each album. At the end of all of the albums, we'll do a finale Champions Bracket to decide the best overall Relient K song. We will start off with Air For Free and work our way backwards.

Due to the band's insane amount of B-sides, I may just do them as their own album, and just use the B sides from The Bird and The B Sides. Anyone against that? Any songs this would leave out that would ruin anyone's day? If so, let me know and I'll include a couple with some normal albums.
Update on B-sides: I decided to throw some random B-sides into the Bird and the Bee Sides bracket. So if you don't see a Bside with an album it should be there down the road.

1. Voting will take place over 10-24 hour period, depending on how close the matches are (if there's a wide margin too far to beat, the round may be run ruled to not waste time).

Also, I split them since the album split them. I was hoping Baby could maybe put up a fight as it's the best interlude by a long shot and I never found Over It to be one of the strong songs. It was randomly generated, but I liked that match up. But I will understand if Over It wins.
